Notes for travelling members:

DCE 2012

Wednesday
Truck will be packed – Cadets to bring washbags (with their names marked on them) to the school and they will be packed at 7.30pm

Truck will then go to Arena and will be packed after practice

Uniform and shoes ONLY in uniform case

Hat box (with toiletries)

Wash Bag (for those with no hat box

Check your hat and plume

 
Thursday

Pack for trip – check you have your passport, money and boarding pass (if given to you already)
Night off – early to bed!

READ CAREFULLY: CABIN BAGGAGE
Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants) weighing up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm is permitted. (handbag, briefcase, laptop, shop purchases, camera etc.) must be carried in your 1 permitted piece of cabin baggage.

Extra/oversized cabin baggage will be refused at the boarding gate, or where available, placed in the hold of the aircraft for a fee of £50/€50. If you are unsure, check at the Bag Drop desk before going through security

IF YOUR BAG IS OVERSIZE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

Friday

Meet at school at 4.50am
Flight will leave at 7.30am – arrive in Eindhoven 10.05am (local time)

Saturday
Show will be streamed online
We will put a link on bands facebook page on Saturday morning and will update throughout the day

Sunday
We will arrive back in the school approx. 12noon

We will be enroling new members on Monday 17th September from 7pm in St Marys National School, Greenhills Rd (beside Westpark Gym)

We accept members from age 8 upwards and you dont have to have ANY experience. 
We will teach you how to play an instrument and march from scratch.
